This trip to the U.S., I rented twice from Dollar. The first time from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and the second time from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
We had an accident during the first leg, but since we were rushing for a flight, they simply gave us a form to fill out the accident details, which was very efficient.
However, during the second rental return, despite no accidents, we were asked to take a form a long way to the front desk. The front desk attended to three people picking up cars before helping us, even though we arrived first. This was quite unsatisfactory.
Rented here because of multiple previous good experience. Times before it was only 1-2 days rental, this time 11 days. Make sure you will check what you paying for as they got tendency to add you stuff you dont want just to earn more money.
