The staff's attitude was mediocre. When I pointed out some scratches that were not originally mentioned, the female employee got quite upset. She couldn't make a decision on her own and had to call a supervisor to confirm and make a note.

They also upgraded my car. During the return in the Czech Republic, the staff inspected the car and signed off.
