The service was quite satisfactory. It's best to pick up the car on time, otherwise, there may not be a suitable vehicle available if you arrive early.
I rented a station wagon, but they only gave me a Ford Focus hatchback (see picture, it's not a station wagon and very small). They insisted this was the station wagon, which was completely unusable for four people. In the end, I had to pay to upgrade. This rental company is quite deceitful.
Couldn't fully understand English. After washing the car and returning it to the store, the money I paid for the car wash was deducted from the rental fee. The rental company said that the car doesn't need to be washed before returning.
