They didn’t have the 5-seater Highlander I reserved but upgraded me to a 7-seater for free after some discussion. My reservation included Max Cover, and later I scratched the side of the car in an underground parking lot. When returning the car, the staff just checked it and assured me that with Max Cover, I wouldn't have to pay anything. This kind of service and insurance truly provides peace of mind. When renting in Australia, I only trust Hertz!
