Quick order process, efficient staff!

This is the first time I've left a review, and it's the worst experience. They didn't give me an SUV at all. I called the rental company, and their response was ridiculous. Yes, technically they gave me a five-seater, but are they going to give me a five-seater domestic car next time?

When returning the car, no damages were mentioned, but they immediately charged 1000 Euros after I left. When I inquired later, they refused to tell me what was damaged. I bought full coverage on Zuzuche, but neither side took responsibility, and their attitude was poor.

The queue time was a bit long, two or three people took almost an hour.

Shame that a company which has a slogan :"we try harder" provides just 1 out of 11 counters for pick -up service.

A pity that we have neither received the car we booked nor got a car from same category.
