I do not recommend this car rental company because their pick-up location is not at the airport. You need to take the company's shuttle to a place several kilometers away to pick up and return the car. Other car rental companies have pick-up and drop-off spots at the airport, which means this one delays your trip by at least 40 minutes. Moreover, the shuttle back to the airport does not leave immediately but waits for more passengers. This caused me to miss my tax refund at the airport, which was really a waste.

The pickup location in Gold Coast is not within the airport. You need to call them, and a car will come to pick you up in about 5 minutes. Overall, the experience was good, and after renting the car, they will email you to inquire about your satisfaction.
