Generally satisfied, but the vehicle provided was different from what we reserved. We booked a Ford MPV with 7 seats, but got a Mercedes Vito with 9 seats. It was much larger and no reason was given. We didn't bother asking when we saw the car.
The car was new with good condition, and the service was excellent. The pickup and return were convenient. The only drawback is that the price was a bit high during peak season. I'll definitely come back when the prices are more reasonable.
Quick pick-up and return, charged a pre-authorization of 199 CHF, and an additional 99 CHF for an extra driver. The second day of renting, driving from Zurich to Milan, my luggage was stolen from the trunk. Overall experience was bad, especially since I had locked the car, but the items were still stolen without breaking the windows. Very puzzled.
