Excellent screen system at pickup. Very helpful lady. Drop off in Phoenix went very quickly but transit service to the airport was a nightmare. Very nearly missed my flight. Would have done if I hadn’t dropped luggage in advance. Unacceptable delays but not Alamo’s fault.

Well I just booked because of pricing . I am familiar with quality and ev problem . Only point pickup at the airport is slow .. but .. for the price I was paying .. it was great

I think you found an error pricing and I am very pleased with the result . Great car at bargain price.

Got the car which I had asked for.

I did not get any benefit from the price dropper, even though I had booked 6months before

Like: I was very satisfied with the rental. I had wanted a red car but the white Buick Cascada convertible was a great choice. My family and I had a wonderful time.
Dislike: I did not like the 45 min wait in line and that I could not use my atm card.

Like: The choice of my vehicle...I was very pleased!
