Reasonably priced and easy to find the car rental area.

No notarization needed, overall good, no hard sell, but had to wait a long time to pick up the car. The Dodge MPV's trunk space is a bit tight for two families traveling.

1. After landing, we waited at the airport for a long time for the car to arrive. It was very windy and cold outside, and there were many cars from other rental companies. 2. We had to wait in a long line in the hall, but once it was our turn, the staff was very helpful and suggested additional services like roadside assistance for $132. We didn’t want to argue for too long, so we agreed. 3. The car model we got was a small MPV, not the large MPV that we had reserved. We couldn't find a large MPV in the parking lot and even the onsite staff couldn’t locate one, so we had to settle for the small MPV. 4. Returning the car went smoothly.

Picking up and returning the rental car was very convenient. Good experience.

They didn't reserve the car for us, and we had to wait a long time. In the end, we had to switch to a different model, which was much more expensive than the online booking price.
