The company is large, offering a wide range of cars to choose from.

1. After landing, we waited at the airport for a long time for the car to arrive. It was very windy and cold outside, and there were many cars from other rental companies. 2. We had to wait in a long line in the hall, but once it was our turn, the staff was very helpful and suggested additional services like roadside assistance for $132. We didn’t want to argue for too long, so we agreed. 3. The car model we got was a small MPV, not the large MPV that we had reserved. We couldn't find a large MPV in the parking lot and even the onsite staff couldn’t locate one, so we had to settle for the small MPV. 4. Returning the car went smoothly.

Great service, both renting and returning the car were very convenient. Will choose them again next time.
