Satisfactory

Car was in terrible condition. Windshield was so filthy we had to pull over and wipe the inside to decrease the sun glare... Engine noise was horrible, siunded like there was a hole in the muffler, worn tires, or something. Seemed like there was a loud car in my blindspots whenever I was at 56-57 mph... Worst rental driving experience ever.

No problems at all. Easy to book, easy to cancel.

We turned in our car on 6/2 and we still have a hold for $500.00 on our credit card. Process to check in was ridiculous. They tried to up sell at every opportunity. Very bad experience especially since I already reserved the card & checked the items I wanted.

Wish I would have received a receipt at the time of drop off

This was the worst experience I ever had with a rental company! Car was bad. Had 50k+ miles on it. Broke down half way through the trip. Replaced it with another 50k vehicle that had its share of nicks and dings. Also forced me to buy insurance even though i personally have it!!

Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.
