The process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient and quick. Very satisfied. It would be even better if we got a paper with contact information for vehicle issues, the type of fuel needed, and other basic useful information when picking up the car, and a detailed bill email like Thrifty after returning the car.
The service was okay. Both renting and returning the car were relatively simple. The wait time depends on the situation; sometimes it's longer when there are more people. One time, I had to wait for a car to be delivered from another location.
The staff at the front desk were very nice, but they said we could pay in cash when picking up the car. However, they charged my card instead, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I was very satisfied, and the car was in excellent condition.
Customer service was very enthusiastic and good. However, they were quite pushy with insurance. I ended up buying an extra 100 AUD insurance at the counter.
Pretty good. Rented the car downtown, and it was quite nice. It seems like we got a free upgrade.
