Overall, I am still satisfied, but the car is a bit old, with over 90,000 km already. Also, the deposit is too high, requiring 1,000 AUD. Another company only charged us 200 AUD.

The company’s staff are very warm and patient. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport, gave us maps and some sightseeing suggestions. The vehicle was very spacious, an 8-seater. We had 6 adults and one baby, with a baby seat in the middle and two adults sitting on either side, it wasn’t crowded at all. The trunk was huge, fitting 3 large suitcases and 2 small ones. The car was in great condition, with only about 70,000 kilometers on it, practically new. Everyone in the family was very satisfied.
