Pickup and return were very convenient. It took a while to find a place to refuel at the airport, but everything else was great.

I've always rented from HERTZ, and generally, there are no issues. I've encountered both enthusiastic and average staff, and I've never had to wait in line.

There weren't many people in the queue in the morning. The staff lady was very considerate and gave me an XC90 (I had originally booked a GLE).

Calling the store yielded no response, and even when we got to the store in Fussen, the staff couldn't reach the Frankfurt store via internal phone or email. Rent-A-Car tried to help us contact them throughout but to no avail. Finally, when we returned the car, we argued our case and they didn't charge us the fee. However, this made us anxious throughout the trip, affecting our travel experience.
