The online address is incorrect, making it inconvenient to return the car. Since the pickup was at the airport with a shuttle service, the address wasn't verified. However, the staff were very patient and had a good attitude.

The attitude was not good, the staff did not understand Chinese at all. When we called to request a shuttle bus, they told us to take another company's shuttle. After finally finding a shuttle bus, we were told to look for their own, but two shuttles from other companies had already come and gone without seeing theirs. In the end, another company's driver let us get on because we weren't fluent in English and were quite worried, but thankfully their office was right next to ours.
