Staff at counter are rude and lack of information. They did not explain most of the thing regarding car rental such as toll payment and other stuff which is not listed in the term and condition section. Staff at counter are representing ACE and I don’t recommend renting from ACE.

Good car. We booked late and as a result the cost was very high; unreasonably high I would say. We booked a similar class car later in Perth and the cost was 1/4 the price.

Great value for money. You do need to wait for the shuttle at pick up and drop off, so make sure you take this into account. Will definitely use it again.
