Check in staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and polite.

Pretty good, the pickup process was fast. However, the car had a lot of scratches and dents already. It's necessary to inspect carefully and point out each one to the staff and take photos, which is quite troublesome. The staff were busy and didn't have time to photograph all the scratches, so you have to record them yourself.

East Coast car and services are good. Wast Coast located inside the car park, there is no sign which is visible from the street, it is hard to find.

Very good price and insurance services

The car need to be service as mileage overdue as stated in the service sticker. The wheel alignment are totally out of order, hard to control the car whole journey.

Pressured to buy insurance through them even though I already had insurance through another provider
