Not a good experience: First, the location only has two staff members, and their efficiency is average. We arrived before 9 AM and were the first in line, but a long queue formed afterwards. Secondly, the car we received was not the Mini Cooper we reserved but a very ugly and odd Fiat Kugo. It was embarrassing to drive and hard to park. There were Mini Coopers in the garage, but no upgrade was offered. Thirdly, the garage is over 500 meters from the location, requiring us to drag our luggage, cross streets, and traffic lights for a 10-minute walk. The person managing the garage is part-time, so communication with the location was difficult. It caused me to make two trips back and forth, wasting 2 hours.

Efficient service, excellent vehicle condition

The car was very new and picking it up from the airport was very convenient.

They give me a van instead of a car... I booked a Clio but they always give you a van that I did Not want

Like: An easy place to pick up from, helpful staff, no hassle.
Dislike: The car wasn't the convertible I'd wanted, but it was fine.
