The staff handling the procedures were very nice, especially a friendly young lady. However, the person who gave us the keys just left after handing them over. The car had a security system that we were unaware of. After parking for 2 hours and going for a walk, we couldn't start the car. We called the store, but nobody answered. Finally, we had to call roadside assistance. It turned out we just needed to press a button inside the car that looked like a dashcam. No one told us about this, which caused a significant delay in our trip. We had to use the car key to unlock the car every time we opened it, which was very inconvenient. Also, don't drive a big car in Milan! They switched us to an SUV, which became a burden instead.

The pickup procedure was fast, the office and garage were close to each other, and the car was in good condition.

Avis car rental company's service attitude is quite average!

The staff was very responsible when handling the paperwork for picking up the car. Returning the car was also very quick without any issues!

Terrible service. When I picked up the car, they asked me to sign a form and froze 207 Euros as a pre-authorization. I repeatedly confirmed with the staff that this amount would be unfrozen after the car was returned and that there would be no other charges unless there were violations. However, on the fourth day after returning the car, the entire pre-authorization amount was charged. After returning to my home country, it took two months of appeals to find out that a lot of additional fees were included. This rental cost me over a thousand yuan.

The rental company did not inform us in advance that they require both a Visa and a MasterCard for the deposit, which prevented us from picking up the car. They also did not offer any alternative automatic transmission vehicles, causing delays in our schedule.

Scam! Paid in full in advance but still couldn't get the car! No refund! Staff at the store were rude and sarcastic! Couldn't find any official complaint channels, and our subsequent travel plans were ruined due to this, incurring additional costs exceeding the car rental fee!

The store is so small that it can only accommodate 2 people; others have to wait outside. The staff's English is terrible and they are rude, especially towards people of Asian descent, with a very arrogant attitude!

The pickup queue was too slow, waited for two hours. The order should have been 74.5 EUR at the rental company, but they charged me 120 EUR.

The location is hard to find, the staff had a negative attitude, and they were unhelpful in resolving the booking issue.

Not satisfied, they shirk responsibility.
