If you are comfortable with English, you can use the rental company as a search engine to roughly locate car rental locations, models, and prices, then directly contact the supplier for booking. This can save you the middleman costs, making it easier to handle issues and potentially cheaper. In summary, I do not recommend the rental company. Terrible experience, and I won't use it again. Additionally, when lodging a complaint about an after-sales issue, their customer service was not proactive in handling the complaint. Regardless of the complaint's outcome, their communication skills and service attitude are far from those of other e-commerce platforms like JD.com or Ctrip.
