The seating was stained. AC was poor. The 12 volt outlet did not work making it difficult for charging the GPS which is critical when your in a new area. Had to purchase extra insurance or I would not get the car cost $170+ unnecessarily as I have rental car coverage through my provider. Never did this with National or Budget.

They suck don't ever use them. Tried to charge me an extra $150. Never ever even got the car. Ended up using Uber and leaving that place.

Really hard sell by counter staff on the EasyPass toll charge of 150.00 US. A TOTAL RIPOFF. We used $8.oo worth so are out $140.00. Make sure you bring details of your insurance coverage with you or you are sure to get upsold on that as well. We felt ripped off and would not recommend this company to our friends.

Like: The service was friendly... professional, no upselling or forcing unnecessary extra insurance, upgraded my vehicle, and got me on the road in under 15 minutes. Scored an unbelievable deal saving $250 from another booking. I will go to easyrentcars.com again!
Dislike: Offsite rental company, but for price I can live with it.

Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty
