The car was new and clean, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. They proactively upgraded me to a 4Runner, a large vehicle with high ground clearance, which made highway driving very comfortable.

Both picking up and returning the car were very quick, especially the return process, which only involved a brief check before we were on our way.
