The Refill gas service is automatically added, so pay attention to that. Also, it's really frustrating that we couldn't reach the staff at the store by phone. We ended up modifying the order through their Twitter customer service, which was quite a new experience.

I told them my US credit card includes rental car insurance, but the female staff still forced me to buy additional insurance or I wouldn't be able to pick up the car. The original order was only over $400, but I ended up paying over $800! Contacted the rental car service customer support, but they couldn't resolve it. Finally switched to AVIS. Overall, a huge waste of time! Never go to Thrifty! The bad reviews online are true!
