We had booked a Mercedes E-Class, but were informed at pickup that only an Audi A5 was available. With five of us, it felt a bit small. We wanted to exchange it for another model but were told no other cars were available. On the bright side, the car was new and very clean.

Very poor experience.

Very easy to find. From taking a number and queueing to getting the keys, the whole process took less than 5 minutes.

I am still waiting for my updated receipt, having had to take it for an extra day.

Europcar made our trip possible and the customer service and vehicle took our vacation to the next level. Everyone was very helpful, they even installed our two carseats for us! The car was clean, and exactly what our family needed - spacious and a delight to drive. Thank you Europcar!!
