The service attitude was average, but there was poor communication between stores, leading to information asymmetry and unmet promises to customers.

I booked the car 2-3 months in advance, but it took over 2 hours past the scheduled time to get the car at the airport pickup point. It felt like a scam as we waited and waited. It wasn't just us; other customers also had to wait a long time for their cars. One foreigner got fed up and went to another company to rent a car. We, who pre-paid, were left hungry and wasted a lot of time. The staff member attending to us was inexperienced and kept saying 'sorry' without offering any solutions.

Counter staff was very helpful and friendly. Car was fun to drive. Loved the backup camera.
