The reserved car model wasn't provided, and they claimed it was because Mitsubishi cars have poor quality. That's astonishing information. If Mitsubishi cars are that bad, why haven't they gone out of business? And why are you still renting them out?

They didn't recognize my ID, there were many people processing rentals, they just handed me the keys and I had to find the car myself.

Pickup and return were simple and convenient, with email reminders.

Both pickup and return are self-service, and no one inspects the car upon return. It’s very fast and convenient. The store's location is also very prominent, right next to the baggage claim area at Christchurch Airport. My only minor complaint is that the store pushes various services aggressively. I ended up renting snow chains due to their persistent selling but didn't use them at all.

Located just to the left of the exit, the service was enthusiastic, and they explained the precautions in detail. Highly recommended.
