Overall service was satisfactory, and the rental staff did not push insurance sales.

Dollar is truly reliable, and the vehicle condition is excellent. The only downside is that you need to withstand the sales pitch from the staff. They might suggest upgrading the vehicle or buying Roadsafe among other things, which depend on your own needs. Sometimes if your English isn't very good, you might end up agreeing to something unnecessary because you didn't fully understand.

Whole process was made very easy. Car was great. Customer service was great.

Booking process was easy and clear. Price drop protector was great also. Will definitely use again.

Only complaint.....the car was underequipped with USB ports.
