Ironically, we later saw the same car model in Yosemite... Additionally, we were also half-forced to add insurance and the option to return the car with an empty tank, which cost us over $100 more. They claimed it was more cost-effective, but after leaving, we realized that even if we used the more expensive gas, it would have cost only about $70 to fill up from nearly empty... In the end, besides the amount paid on your website, I had to pay an additional $500... Honestly, after a long flight to the U.S., I was already very tired, and I just wanted to pay to avoid delaying the rest of my trip. Renting the car became the only unpleasant part of the entire trip. For travelers who do not frequently visit the U.S. and are unfamiliar with the local rules, Dollar is really an unfriendly car rental company.

I rented a Grand Cherokee but was given a Kia. After the car window was broken, I went back to change the car but they still didn't give me the Grand Cherokee even though they had one.

It was okay. The queue was relatively quick. They initially gave me a Korean car, but I was not satisfied after picking it up. They immediately helped me switch to another car. However, the staff seemed to be South American and their English was not very good, so communication was difficult.

Everything else was fine, but they always try to charge extra.
