When I said I didn't want insurance at pick-up, they didn't push further, but I had to find the car myself. The return process was quick, just exchanged a few words and it was done.
The customer service of Zuzuche never mentioned that picking up a car at the airport incurs high taxes, which cost me an extra $100. I am very dissatisfied.

Me and a friend booked 2 Mustangs for our American road trip, we got there early just in case. Pickup time was 11, our cars weren't ready until 12.30 so we waited about for over an hour and a half to then be given a Camaro and a Mercedes. How can you compare a Mustang to a Mercedes. Ones a 4 seater American car, the other is a 2 seater car you can find anywhere so we had trouble with our luggage space (you can only fit 1 suitcase in this car).
Awful service from Hertz
Like: Picking up the car is very easy as a shuttle takes you right to the car rental area and once there, you are are your way within minutes. When dropping off the vehicle, Hertz staff were very friendly, addressed me by-name and helped me get to the return shuttle. Dislike: What wasn't so pleasant was when I went to get the car I reserved, it wasn't available. I did get a comparable-sized vehicle, but I'd chosen one specifically for cargo space and vehicle familiarity and I wanted to feel comfortable in a car I'd driven before. Getting the car to Logan's drop-off point was straight-forward, after all the nail-biting I did to find my way through Boston!
