Had to wait in line for a long time. Booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but was given a rather average Hyundai on-site. Although it's in the same category, the value for money doesn't match the car I wanted. A bit disappointing!
The rental location is right near the airport, less than a five-minute walk. When picking up the car, the domestic rental company repeatedly reminded us to check if the American company added insurance. I specifically checked, and the company was very straightforward. They saw I had bought insurance domestically and did not try to sell any additional insurance. Returning the car was also convenient. We returned it at a different location, and it was hassle-free—just needed a receipt from the rental office. Fortunately, we kept ours. Moreover, this company didn’t require a deposit. The previous company required a $100 deposit to cover potential violations or damages. Maybe it was because we had comprehensive insurance this time. They mentioned that even minor scrapes would be handled by the insurance company, so there's no need to worry at all.
