Returning the car is straightforward: just park it in the parking lot and hand the keys to the front desk. Providing customers with the roadside assistance number from the rental company would be even more convenient.
They insisted that I buy full insurance when picking up the car. I refused and they immediately changed their attitude, which was unpleasant. Later, locals informed me that due to the complex road conditions, even minor damage like a stone hitting the windshield would require compensation. Therefore, I will opt for full insurance next time.
