Convenient pick-up process with clear instructions. Remember to ask if third-party insurance is included. We ended up spending $17 per day purchasing $2 million third-party insurance ourselves.

It's unbelievably bad, they try to scam you at every opportunity. Charged us hundreds of dollars upfront and refused to refund even after we declined additional services. They inexplicably charged city taxes at $75 per city, and an extra $60 for returning the car one hour late. The worst part was trying to replace our rented luxury SUV with a regular Nissan. After refusing, we were made to wait a long time, only to find several matching models in the parking lot. Truly a dishonest rental company with no merits! We still haven't received several thousand dollars back!!!
