Forcing insurance sales, rude if you don't buy, difficult return process, finding faults

1. There was no order in the queue, and no one managed it. 2. They enthusiastically encourage you to add extra options (such as insurance).

Very bad experience. Despite having prepaid the full rental fee, they rented out my reserved Mercedes to someone else because I arrived later than planned. They made me pay over 200 pounds more for a Volkswagen instead. Our group of six arrived late at night and had to continue our journey, so we had to accept it. Thankfully, with the assistance of the rental platform after returning to China, it took a month of negotiations with the UK car rental company to recover our loss.

No Chinese service, didn't get the selected car, was forced to switch cars, got tricked into buying thousands worth of insurance, not legitimate!

Hard to find- we went to wrong car hire place (due to looking for easy rent) Felt very pressured to buy expensive insurance and ultimately felt ripped off. Won’t use again
