Great value for money. Got a brand new car with over 1000 km, high chassis, and four-wheel drive, perfect for navigating through natural parks without fear of water. The engine is not very powerful, so acceleration is average. Bought full insurance from QEEQ, and at Europcar, they only needed a $1 pre-authorization, no additional deposit required.

The wrong car seat was provided, so they lose some points. Everything else was good.

The pickup process was extremely fast, probably within two or three minutes. There were no unnecessary questions; after checking the documents and registering some basic information, they handed over the keys. Returning the car was even faster; as soon as I handed over the keys at the counter, I was free to go.

The store is very close, the car pickup was quick, the service was enthusiastic and helpful. I am very satisfied with this car rental experience.

Counter staff was very helpful and friendly. Car was fun to drive. Loved the backup camera.
