Next time I rent a car, please have the rental company staff remain silent and follow the booking details from the platform directly for Chinese customers. Is it possible for the rental company to have Chinese-speaking staff for Chinese customers?

I was tricked into buying insurance when picking up the car. I clearly told the rental company I didn't want it, but they still insisted I needed basic insurance. I had already purchased basic insurance when I placed the order, but they tricked me into paying for more. I am furious.

Overall okay, had a small brake issue before renting, but got a free car replacement later.

Pickup process is a little bit slow and the guy on the counter push me too hard to sell me insurance from them even told him I already got insurance from another company, he keep insist to buy it and explain me how much the California drivers are dangerous and will have a big troubles with my car and future accidents .
