Excellent!

Arrived at the store at 5 AM on the 30th, but I had booked the car for 7 AM. The staff refused to give me the car earlier, so I had to wait in the airport for 2 hours. Also, there was no promised Chinese-speaking staff, only a Thai staff member who spoke English. They did not guide me to the pick-up point, just told me that it was near the 7-11 outside the airport. I was confused about the exact location and had to ask locals to find it. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting, the car finally arrived. This pick-up experience was very disappointing...

I've rented from this company twice already. It's very convenient as you can see it right after leaving the airport, and the deposit is only 5000 THB.
