Very convenient

After arriving in the afternoon, I had to wait in line for almost two hours to get the car. By the time I left, the queue behind me had already wrapped around four times. However, there were only three people handling the procedures at the counter. The person who assisted me had a very bad attitude. Initially, they said my Canadian driver's license was not valid for renting a car on a Chinese website and insisted on a Chinese license. It was only after someone else intervened that they allowed me to rent the car. I've rented many times on this platform with my Canadian license without any issues. I will never rent from this company again.

Forced to buy insurance or they wouldn't release the car. The customer called and negotiated with the local pickup guide, but the car rental staff refused to answer the guide's calls.
