The lady at the reception had black hair and blue eyes. Though not particularly stunning, she had an elegant and kind demeanor, with a captivating smile. Her English was excellent! The elderly gentleman who brought us to the car was dressed in a suit and very nice...

We arrived 2 hours late, and the store informed us that there were no cars left. We had prepaid in full; shouldn't the car's usage rights belong to us for these days? It's not like we only paid a deposit.

Compared to North America, it's just okay. Most cars in Europe are diesel, which is common knowledge for the locals, so they might not emphasize it. For us, the same brand often wouldn't be expected to run on diesel. If there's a breakdown, support from European companies is virtually non-existent.

It was okay, no lines, so it was quick. But there were a lot of unexpected charges.
