the staff of Great Rental is great, helpful and kind. I can't ask for more.

all ok, not much problem I didn't use the price drop function.

Overall everything was good enough, the car a bitt aged, but did its job and price was guite low.

This is the 3rd time I have hired from Great Rentals and each time has improved with my last experience being excellent. Great car, great service, will hire from them again.

Horrible pick up experience. Rude staff. Tried to charge us our excess for insurance up front (claimed miscommunication). 7pm at night and the rude staff member tells us we need to go elsewhere. Another member of staff came to speak with us 10 mins later and finalised the pick up. Car radio didn't work. Wasn't in english so we couldn't use for our whole trip
