Super friendly and helpful staff

Seat car auto was an excellent drive. The booking in was slow due to only one staff on duty, but overall great service. Will use again and recommend to friends

'Alexandra' at Luton gave me a brand new, more spacious car than I thought I would get! On return, one of the staff thought that I may have made slight damage to the car, but volunteered nonetheless to ask another member of staff, who confirmed that the damage was negligible and did not warrant any payment. Very decent behavior!

I used a $30 off coupon, bringing the price of my rental close to nothing, and then got even more off with Price Drop! Looking forward to more promotions! Great stuff!

All I would say is make it clear tonew people renting that they have to drop off at the pick up point .. your literature implies you deliver back to the airport and then call for the shuttle ... this is not the case ... other than that you are great .

Dislike: Rather short on staff at Aberdeen airport. I usually have to wait as there is only one member of staff for several customers
