Booking was easy. Only problem was in the office

Can was with lots of scapes and dirty we were concerned that we would get charged for the issues we found. Car was not full when we picked it up but did not notice it until we were on the road. We took pictures to protect us

When well

The first Van was pretty nice but had a tail light out, so I got a high mileage replacement that was a little rough around the edges. AC was cold and didnt have any issues but it probably needs to be retired.

The van front break was very bad condition. I suspect a transmission problem since its producing a wearied noise on the lower gears.

Everything went well as expected. Good value for the money through easy car rental.

There were no SUVs even though I had paid a deposit for an SUV; they were telling everyone who was picking up their car that "only minivans" are available. The staff was beyond rude and completely unsympathetic, with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The AVR facility was nowhere near the airport and we had to take two shuttles to get to that facility from Midway. I will never rent from AVR again.
