Super efficient rental process – got the car really quickly.

Fairly satisfied, but there were some communication issues.

The counter staff were quite friendly, their English level was good, and they even personally assisted with the car pickup.

When picking up the car, we found its condition unsatisfactory, primarily due to high mileage. We expressed our concerns to the rental company and Hertz replaced it, which we appreciated. However, there was an issue with being forced to buy insurance at the store. Even though we had already purchased it on QEEQ, they insisted. This was frustrating.

Hertz provides excellent service. They immediately replaced the vehicle according to our needs, and the vehicle condition was also very good!
