Had to wait nearly two hours to get a car because the fuel type I reserved wasn't available.

The staff pretended to be nice but added many extra insurances without informing us. Terrible.

Found the rear bumper damaged when picking up the car; they quickly replaced it with another vehicle. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes!

Great service, picking up and returning the car were very convenient. They offered additional insurance, but just saying no was enough and there was no forced sale. I bought the super comprehensive insurance and actually had a scratch that I wasn't aware of. Upon returning the car, the staff mentioned that if I hadn't bought the insurance, it would probably cost over a thousand dollars. So, insurance is really important.

The drop off was very bad! No signs in the car park directing. Nothing to say where to drop keys. Managed to eventually find it our selves as the phone number given was not 24/7!! Very poor ending to what otherwise would have been a good experience.

Easy and straight forward. Only issue was not easy rent cars problem.
