The pickup location was just opposite my hotel. There were two staff members, both very friendly and quick. There was a steady stream of people picking up cars.
HERTZ is a well-known rental company, and people are familiar with it. The process is relatively simple, but the car condition this time was not great. It's a 2012 car, consumes a lot of fuel, and has low-end features.
We had to wait quite a while for pick up for no reason really. The gentleman who served was polite and friendly but the lady was quite rude.
There was also 3 drivers I presume who are hertz employees and I felt 2 of them we’re very unprofessional and unpleasant to 1 in front of us.
Dropped off out of hours and had no envelope so had to fine pen and paper to write details on and post through.
