This is a shoddy company! I've rented cars many times, but this time I was really tricked. It's my own fault for not carefully checking the car before signing! I hope future renters reading this review will be extra cautious when picking up their cars. I highly do not recommend this rental company! Tricked, tricked! Experience it for yourselves!

Picked up the car at 8 AM, there were only two service staff at the counter, but luckily the wait wasn't long. When returning the car, it coincided with lunchtime, but no extra fees were charged. Overall, quite satisfied.

Like: Easy to locate kiosk, staff gave clear instructions and affordable rates.
Dislike: The car can be cleaner. There were crumbs and some leftover food from previous renter.
