This company is not honest in their operations. Upon arrival, they stated that crossing the borders to Austria and Switzerland would incur extra fees. The original quote of 315 euros increased to 870 euros. Despite my multiple assertions that I did not need additional insurance or other services, the staff insisted that this is the normal price and that there were no other fees except for the cross-border fee. I eventually had to call the car rental customer service to negotiate and finally settled at 507 euros. This situation highlights two issues: 1.
