There weren't many people in line. Initially, they wanted to upgrade my car, but the price increased by 20%, so I reverted to my original booking. They asked if I wanted extra insurance. After I declined, they didn't push further and quickly processed the paperwork for the car. Overall, the service was pretty good.

A very pleasant car rental experience. As soon as you exit Los Angeles airport, you can take their free shuttle to the rental office. The cars are nice, and even the same models seem better equipped than those in China. When returning the car in Las Vegas, I didn't know and thought returns could be made in the city, so I took many unnecessary detours and wasted a lot of time.
