Beware of hidden charges! Just because they don't mention insurance doesn't mean it's not mandatory! During the reception, the staff only talked about TOLL, GPS, and full tank pickup and return. I apologize for my poor English; I didn't notice the detailed charges on the screen and thought it was related to the full tank return fees.

At Los Angeles airport, I didn't see Dollar's shuttle bus, but there were many from other major companies.

It took over an hour to queue for the rental car, which was really tiring. On the return trip, the tire went flat, costing me a lot of time and money. I got back to my place almost at dawn. They didn't allow an extension of a few hours for the return, which was a bit too strict.

No Chinese service available, and there weren't enough cars when picking up, requiring coordination. Also, the vehicle's condition was not explained and needed to be asked in detail. The main issue was that after multiple confirmations with the staff that there were no extra charges, I found out upon returning home that I was charged for several items, totaling nearly $400! Friends, please look carefully at those incomprehensible abbreviations on the bill.

Arriving at the airport branch before 8 AM meant no queues, but I still faced persistent upselling. They added a lot of insurance for me to sign. Thanks to QEEQ's pre-rental reminders, I knew I didn't have to pay extra as I had already paid in full. Despite repeatedly telling the counter staff that I had purchased comprehensive insurance in China, they insisted it wasn't valid, which was quite annoying. When I picked up the car, it didn't seem to match the model I had selected. A few days later, I rented the same model from AVIS and realized it had much more space. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.
