There were quite a few people, but the service was excellent. No hidden charges.

Overall service attitude was quite good, but there was constant upselling for a vehicle upgrade, claiming we had too much luggage and that the Ford Focus was too small, recommending a larger vehicle, which we firmly refused. In reality, the car we rented was in zone 3 area, where other cars like CRV4 and Nissan were also available. Therefore, it was possible to get a better car than what we had booked. It was raining heavily, and we didn't bother to choose carefully. The exterior looked fairly new, so we didn't switch. It had around 30,000 to 40,000 miles.

Very satisfied. It was my first time renting a car in the US. The process was simple, the car was clean, and the service was excellent. If you are staying for a long time, renting a car is the most economical and convenient option!

The service at Hertz Los Angeles branch was very poor, with inefficient staff who left early. I thought I reserved a Chrysler 200, but was told at pickup that they never had this model. WTF???
