Horrible system on how they get your car. Also car was dirty inside and bugs still on windows

The first car they gave me was not cleaned both inside and out and had a loud humming noise in the back rear tire. I went back to Fox the next day to get a different car which was cleaned. I wan not given a credit for the first day. I also returned the car a day earlier and they did not give me a credit for an early return but charged me $20.

Fox rent higher management was good compared to regular staff

EasyRentCars is really cool as all the information is crystal clear and the booking is at tip of the hand.

Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour. The car was dirty and there was dings on the windshield, which can be dangerous if no repaired.

The car was okay. What I didn’t like was that they tried to sell me a toll package that I didn’t need. They said I would based on where I was traveling but I never crossed one toll. That is flat out lying in order to sell more and I don’t appreciate that sort of practice at all!

Easy to book but did have difficulty understanding the agent. Able to get me the price I wanted at last minute.

pretty sure i was double charged and this was the absolute worse customer service i’ve ever received
